論文投稿期限延長暨系統重新開放通知

首先，誠摯感謝各位對 MTAT 2026 國際研討會的支持與投稿。截至 4 月 15 日原訂截稿日，我們已收到 25 件稿件，內容豐富、主題多元，籌備團隊深受鼓舞。

由於期間陸續接獲投稿者反映系統操作上的技術問題，為確保所有有意投稿者都能順利完成程序，經籌備會議決議，將投稿相關時程調整如下：

一、投稿系統重新開放

• 開放期間：2026 年 4 月 16 日（四）至 4 月 30 日（四）23:59（台灣時間）
• 適用對象：
• 尚未完成投稿之作者
• 已投稿但需補正資料之作者

二、行政審查期（同步進行）

此期間本會將針對已收到之稿件進行形式審查（含投稿完整性、格式、作者資訊、倫理聲明等）。若稿件有需補正之處，籌備委員會之審查小組將以 email 個別通知，敬請於通知後盡速回覆。

三、重要提醒

本次投稿系統於 4 月 30 日 23:59（台灣時間）後將正式關閉，不再接受任何新投稿，敬請把握時間完成投稿程序。

為確保您的稿件能順利進入學術審查，投稿前請再次確認以下項目皆已完備：

• 摘要與全文符合徵稿格式要求
• 作者資訊、單位與通訊方式正確
• 研究倫理聲明（如適用）
• 參考文獻格式正確
• 所有必要附件皆已上傳

投稿後，若審查小組於行政審查期間發現稿件有需補正之處，將以 email 個別通知。4/30 系統關閉後，籌備委員會之審查小組將不再受理稿件之補件或修改，敬請留意。

四、後續時程

• 5 月上旬：稿件送交審查委員
• 預計通知審查結果時間：另行公告

Thank you sincerely for your support of the MTAT 2026 International Conference. As of the original submission deadline on April 15, we have received 25 submissions covering a wide range of topics, and we are truly grateful for your engagement.

During the submission period, we received feedback from several authors regarding technical difficulties with the submission system. To ensure all interested contributors have a fair opportunity to submit, the Organizing Committee has decided to adjust the submission timeline as follows:

1. Submission System Reopening

• Reopening period: April 16 (Thu) – April 30 (Thu), 2026, 23:59 (Taiwan Time, UTC+8)
• Applicable to:
• Authors who have not yet completed their submission
• Authors who need to revise or supplement previously submitted materials

2. Administrative Review Period (Concurrent)

During this period, the Review Committee will conduct a formal review of all submissions received, including completeness, formatting, author information, and ethical statements. If any revisions are required, the Review Committee will contact authors individually by email. Prompt responses are appreciated.

3. Important Notice

The submission system will officially close at 23:59 on April 30, 2026 (Taiwan Time, UTC+8). No further submissions will be accepted after this date. Please ensure your submission is completed within this timeframe.

To ensure your submission proceeds smoothly to peer review, please verify the following before submitting:

• Abstract and full text conform to the submission guidelines
• Author information, affiliations, and correspondence details are accurate
• Ethical statement (where applicable) is included
• References are formatted correctly
• All required attachments have been uploaded

If the Review Committee identifies any issues during the administrative review period, authors will be contacted individually by email. After the system closes on April 30, no further revisions or supplementary materials will be accepted.

4. Upcoming Timeline

• Early May: Submissions forwarded to the review committee
• Review results notification: To be announced
