摘要投稿流程說明
- 第一階段：摘要投稿 (Abstract Submission)作者透過系統提交研究摘要，通常包含研究目的、方法、結果與結論等核心內容
- 第二階段：摘要同儕審查 (Abstract Peer-reviewed)審查委員評估摘要的研究價值、創新性、方法適切性及與大會主題的相關性
- 第三階段：摘要通知 (Abstract Notification)作者收到審查結果通知，得知摘要是否被接受進行口頭發表或海報展示
- 第四階段：完成註冊 (Registration Completed)摘要被接受的作者完成大會註冊繳費程序
- 第五階段：出席會議並發表 (Attend the Conference & Make the Presentation)作者出席會議，根據大會安排進行口頭報告或海報展示

本屆研討會採雙盲審查制度。上傳之摘要檔案（PDF）內嚴禁出現作者姓名、服務單位或任何可辨識身分之資訊。
作者資訊請統一於 CMT 系統欄位中填寫即可，系統會自動在審查階段對評審隱藏這些欄位。
Abstract Template(oral)
Oral Presentation-Only Option
Presenters may submit an abstract for oral presentation at the conference without subsequent publication. Selected presenters will deliver their research findings during scheduled presentation sessions, allowing for direct academic exchange and Q&A with the audience.
Note: This option does not include paper publication. The abstract will be included in the conference program book only.
僅口頭報告選項
發表者可提交摘要參與會議口頭報告，無需後續出版論文。獲選者將於大會安排的發表場次中報告研究成果，並與現場聽眾進行學術交流與問答互動。

Abstract Template (poster)
Poster Presentation-Only Option
Presenters may submit an abstract for poster presentation at the conference without subsequent publication. Selected presenters will display their research through visual poster format during designated poster sessions, facilitating in-depth discussions with interested attendees.
Note: This option does not include paper publication. The abstract will be included in the conference program book only.
僅海報展示選項
發表者可提交摘要參與會議海報展示，無需後續出版論文。獲選者將於大會指定的海報展示時段，以視覺化海報形式呈現研究內容，並與有興趣的與會者進行深度討論。

雙盲審查投稿規定 (Submission Guidelines for Double-blind Review)

本屆研討會採雙盲審查制度。為確保評審過程之公正性，上傳之摘要檔案（PDF）內嚴禁出現作者姓名、服務單位、電子郵件或任何可能辨識身分之資訊。
所有作者資訊請統一於 CMT 系統之投稿欄位（Author Information）中填寫。系統將於審查階段自動對評審隱藏該欄位資訊。若上傳之檔案內含有作者資訊，主辦單位保留逕行退件或要求修改之權利。
English Version:
This conference adopts a double-blind review process. To ensure the impartiality of the evaluation, the uploaded abstract file (PDF) must not contain any identifiable information, such as author names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, or other personal identifiers.
All author details must be entered exclusively in the "Author Information" section within the CMT system. The system will automatically hide this information from reviewers during the evaluation phase. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject or request revisions for any submissions that include author information within the uploaded file.
