Policy on Originality and Multiple Submission

Originality RequirementAll submitted articles must report original, previously unpublished research results, whether experimental or theoretical. Manuscripts that are currently under review or have been published elsewhere are not eligible for submission.

Prohibition of Plagiarism and Duplicate Submission

Authors must ensure that their work:

• Does not contain plagiarized content from other sources
• Has not been previously published in any form (including conference proceedings, journals, or books)
• Is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere
• Properly cites and acknowledges all referenced materials

Sanctions for Academic Misconduct

If an author is found to have committed plagiarism, duplicate submission, or other forms of academic misconduct, the following sanctions will be imposed:

1. Immediate Action: The submitted article will be rejected, or if already published, will be retracted from the conference proceedings and all related publications
2. Institutional Notification: The author's violation will be formally reported to:

• Their academic supervisor(s)
• Their affiliated institution(s)

3.External Reporting: The misconduct will be reported to:

• The appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics
• Relevant research funding agencies

4. Public Disclosure. Public Disclosure: The conference organizers reserve the right to publicly disclose:

• The author's name(s)
• The title of the article in question
• The name(s) of the affiliated institution(s)
• Details of the misconduct

Authors are responsible for ensuring the integrity and originality of their submissions. By submitting a manuscript, authors affirm that their work complies with all ethical standards and publication policies.

學術不端行為之處置

若發現作者有抄襲、重複投稿或其他學術不端行為，將採取以下處置措施:

1. 立即處置：投稿文章將予以退稿；若已出版，將從會議論文集及所有相關出版品中撤稿
2. 機構通報：作者之違規行為將正式通報至：

• 其指導教授或研究主持人
• 其所屬機構單位

3.外部通報：不端行為將通報至：

• 相關學術倫理審查單位
• 相關研究經費補助機構

4. 公開揭露：大會籌備委員會保留公開以下資訊之權利：

• 違規作者姓名
• 涉案文章標題
• 所屬機構名稱
• 不端行為細節
