  • Oral Presentation Guidelines

    Technical Requirements

    • File Format: MS-PowerPoint (*.ppt, .pptx) or Adobe PDF (.pdf)
    • Presentation Time: 15 minutes total, including Q&A session
    • Language: Mandarin / English
    • Recommended Fonts: Arial or Times New Roman for optimal readability

    Presentation Delivery

    • Dress Code: Business formal or business casual attire
    • Equipment: A conference laptop will be provided in each presentation room. Presenters are strongly encouraged to use the provided equipment to ensure compatibility and avoid technical delays.
    • Using Personal Laptop: If you prefer to use your own device, please:
      • Notify the conference secretariat via email at least 3 days in advance
      • Bring necessary adaptors (HDMI, USB-C, VGA, etc.)
      • Arrive 15 minutes before your session to test the connection with technical staff

    Presentation Procedure

    1. Upload your presentation file to the conference laptop on registration day or during the designated upload time
    2. Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes early
    3. Introduce yourself to the session chair and provide:
    • Paper ID number
    • Your name and affiliation
    • Paper title

    4.Confirm your presentation order and any special requirements

    Tips for Success

    • Keep slides clear and concise
    • Practice your timing to allow for audience questions
    • Prepare backup copies on USB drive and cloud storage

    Poster Presentation Guidelines

    Poster Specifications

    • Dimensions: 100cm (height) × 80cm (width) / 1m (H) × 0.8m (W)
    • Orientation: Vertical (portrait)
    • Language: Mandarin / English
    • Printing: Full color printing recommended
    • Material: Printed on durable paper or fabric; lamination optional

    Required ContentYour poster must include the following elements:

    1. Header Information:
    • Paper ID number
    • Conference name/acronym
    • Paper title
    • Author names and affiliations

    2.Main Content:

    • Research background and significance
    • Research methodology
    • Key findings and results
    • Conclusions and implications
    • References (if space permits)

    3.Visual Elements: Charts, graphs, images, or diagrams to enhance understanding

    Design Guidelines

    • Use clear, legible fonts (minimum 24pt for body text, 36pt+ for headings)
    • Maintain good contrast between text and background
    • Organize content in logical sections with clear headings
    • Keep text concise—use bullet points rather than long paragraphs
    • Include your contact information (email) for follow-up discussions

    Presentation Requirements

    • Presenters must be present at their poster during designated poster sessions
    • Be prepared to provide 3-5 minute summaries of your research to interested attendees
    • Engage in discussions and answer questions about your work

    Important Notes

    • Posters should be visually appealing and scientifically rigorous
    • The conference organizer will provide poster boards and mounting materials
    • Posters will NOT be mailed or stored after the conference—please take your poster with you or dispose of it responsibly
    • Set up your poster during the designated installation time and remove it promptly after the session
