Peer Review Instructions
同儕審查指南

Review Process
All submitted papers undergo a rigorous peer review process. Each manuscript is evaluated by 2-3 independent expert reviewers with relevant expertise in the field. The review process typically takes 20-30 days from submission to notification of results.
Double-Blind Review
We employ a double-blind review process to ensure fairness and objectivity. Both the authors' identities and the reviewers' identities remain confidential throughout the evaluation. Papers are assessed based on three key criteria:
Originality: Novelty and contribution to the field
Relevance: Alignment with conference themes and topics
Presentation: Clarity, organization, and quality of writing
Revision and Resubmission
If revisions are required, authors must address the reviewers' comments and resubmit the revised manuscript through the system. The revised paper will undergo another round of peer review to verify that the necessary improvements have been made.
Submission Method
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through our official Electronic Submission System. Paper submissions via email or other channels will not be accepted.

所有投稿論文均須經過嚴謹的同儕審查程序。每篇稿件將由2-3位該領域的專業審查委員進行獨立評審。審查流程通常需時20-30天，從投稿日起算至結果通知。
雙向匿名審查
本會議採用雙向匿名審查機制，以確保評審的公正性與客觀性。作者與審查委員的身分在整個審查過程中均保持匿名。論文將依據以下三項核心標準進行評估：
原創性：研究的創新性及對該領域的貢獻
相關性：與會議主題及議題的契合度
表達品質：論文的清晰度、組織架構及寫作品質
修改與重新投稿
若論文需要修改，作者須針對審查委員的意見進行修訂，並透過系統重新提交修改後的稿件。修改後的論文將進行另一輪同儕審查，以確認必要的改進已完成。
投稿方式
所有稿件必須透過大會官方電子投稿系統提交。不接受透過電子郵件或其他管道投稿。
